Plot: A British ship and her crew accidentally sank in the Ionian Sea.
The ship contains an important instrument, called ATAC, which controls
the Royal Navy’s Polaris submarines and can be used against England
itself. Bond, with the help of Melina Havelock, must recover ATAC before
the Russians. The smuggler Aristotele Kristatos tells them that the
criminal is his former partner Milos Columbo. Later, they discover that
Kristatos lied to hide his true intentions.
